User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide when using the platform. They must also ensure the security of their accounts, including safeguarding their passwords. Unauthorized access or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
Order Process
When purchasing an eSIM, users will:
- Select the desired eSIM package.
- Provide the required personal information.
- Confirm their payment. After payment confirmation, users will receive their eSIM via email, along with instructions on how to activate it. Orders are processed automatically, and the eSIM will be delivered immediately.
Delivery Terms and Pricing
All eSIM packages are delivered electronically after purchase. Prices for all packages are clearly displayed on the platform and include all applicable taxes. There are no additional fees for electronic distribution, and all prices are final at checkout.
Return Policy
Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not been activated. Refunds will not be issued if the eSIM is used or activated. To request a refund, users must contact support@esimfly.app, and refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Complaints and Disputes
If you encounter issues with your eSIM service, please reach out to our support team via email or phone. We aim to resolve complaints within 48 hours. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate the issue to our management team for further review.
Guarantee on Products and Services
We guarantee the quality of our eSIM services, including network availability and data speed, as long as they are used in accordance with the package terms. This guarantee applies for the duration of the selected eSIM package.

Issuing Invoices
After purchasing an eSIM package, users will receive a digital invoice via email in PDF format. The invoice will be sent immediately after the transaction is completed.
Intellectual Property
The content of the eSIMFly platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and video materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission from eSIMFly.
Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. If changes are made, users will be notified via the website or email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
